I have 23 years of experience as an individual and family therapist. My work is client centered and focuses on providing a safe and confidential environment in which to work on the specific needs of each individual. I have post graduate training and experience in a wide range of disciplines including cognitive therapy, guided imagery, EMDR hypnotherapy, family therapy, trauma reduction therapy, multi-modal therapy, reality therapy, and parent education. I work with adults of all ages and sexual orientation. Areas of specialty include trauma reduction, depression, anxiety, life change issues and parent support and coaching.
