Therapeutic Style and Specialties:

I have worked in the mental health field as a therapist for over 20 years. In that time our ideas of what most helps our clients has evolved, and so with it has my therapeutic style. I have received training in EMDR, and Somatic Transformation, as well as methods to do cognitive behavioral work, distress tolerance, emotional regulating, family systems work, and couples work. .

I work with individuals, couples (married couples, partners, friends and family in conflict), and families.

Anxiety, depression, past or current trauma, life transitions and adjustment are the main issues I work with.
