is based on a good relationship. This relationship starts when we create a safe and supportive environment own pace, you can:
* Learn ways to change how you see and relate to yourself and the world.

* Growing in any of these areas can help you create the life that you want to live.
I have specialized training and experience in helping individuals from the GLBTQQI community,
including those with HIV/AIDS. I have worked as a clinical nurse and this experience gives me a better understanding of those
individuals and families dealing with health related issues.
I have training and experience working with seniors, many of whom have chronic mental and or physical conditions. I have extensive experience working with men and offer an on-going men's group.
With over 20 years of experience as a mid-level manager in state government and am a former member of the International Union,
United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America (UAW).
This breadth of experience helps me understand managers and line staff on issues such as:
* Working with "difficult" bosses, peers, and or customers.
* Managing increasing workloads with decreasing resources.
* Deciding whether to change jobs.
* Developing ways make it easier to stay in the current job.
I have specialized training and experience in helping treat active duty soldiers and veterans, especially those from Operation Enduring Freedom, and the Gulf wars and am a member of the Soldiers Project.
I believe in the power of story, poetry, and metaphor and often use these in my work.
