Therapeutic Style and Specialties:
I
work with adults of all ages, children (3 yrs. old- 18 yrs) and
couples. My approach draws from your experiences and insights as
well as several therapy approaches I offer: Psychotherapy,
cognitive-behavioral therapy play therapy, and psycho-education
including parenting information, relaxation, and mindfulnes
skills. My experience includes work with depression,
anxiety, abuse, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges,
transitions, divorce, and grief. My experience has included
working with people of diverse cultures, spiritual, and life style
preferences. You are welcome to call to
