The
foundation of my counseling is a gentle, client centered,
non-judgmental approach allowing for the exploration of present moment
experience and the discovery of limiting ideas and beliefs brought
forward from the past. With acknowledgement and witnessing these
extreme beliefs and emotions begin to soften and change. Enough space
emerges for what was once an automatic reaction to become a response
made with an awareness of choices. Overwhelming emotions, such as
sadness, anger and fear, become manageable. Options and choices become
apparent allowing for focus, clarity and effectiveness in all areas of
