My approach to counseling is friendly, open and gentle. Together we explore and discover beliefs and emotions that limit happiness and freedom. The resulting awareness begins a natural re-modeling process that results in a sense of connection with the true Self and your own inner wisdom. Space emerges for automatic reactions to become choiceful responses. Previously overwhelming emotions, such as sadness, anger and fear, become manageable. Options and choices become apparent allowing for focus, clarity and effectiveness in all realms of life experience: (physical, emotional mental and spiritual).
