I have 20 years of experience working with individuals and families from the ages of 9 - 75. I actively listen and reflect back what I hear, coaching the client to find new ways to manage and handle their life. When appropriate my style of counseling can be educational, providing new ways to look at life and the situations people go through. it can also involve processing or reviewing one's life and being heard and validated. Humor is used when it is appropriate to look at life events in a new and different way.
Clients work on anxiety, depression and anger, as well as focus and attention issues, from personal, family and/or work related stresses.
