Therapeutic Style and Specialties:

I have 20 years of experience working with individuals and families from the ages of 9 - 75. I actively listen and reflect back what I hear, coaching clients on how to find new ways to manage and handle their lives. Usually my style of counseling is educational and solution focused. Counseling also involves processing or reviewing one's life and being heard and validated. Where appropriate humor is used to look at life events from a fresh perspective. All of these techniques help clients make the changes they want in their lives.

Clients work on anxiety, depression,anger, and grief as well as focus and attention issues, from personal, family and/or work related stresses.
