I have a client centered approach with a focus on developing strengths and resources needed to make changes and increase satisfaction in life. I work with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, trauma and family of origin and extended family issues. I focus on feelings, thoughts, physical sensations & experiences to help people decrease stress, improve mood, and find more peace, satisfaction & fulfillment.  I use techniques from cognitive-behavioral, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Hakomi & family systems.
