I view therapy as a safe healthy relationship that can provide a foundation for healthy relationships outside of the therapeutic setting. In therapy I work with my clients to discover ways to overcome obstacles that may be getting in the way of living life to its fullest potential.

I have been working in the mental health field since 2001 and received my master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Saint Martin’s University. I am a Washington state licensed mental health counselor LH 60108626.

My experience includes working with children, teens, adults and families around the issues of divorce/separation, grief/loss, domestic violence, chemical dependency, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADD/ADHD, physical and sexual abuse. I specialize in working with children as young as three around issues of loss, transitions and abuse utilizing play and sandtray therapy. My primary modes of treatment include Play Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.
