I believe in each person's inner knowledge and ability to heal. When guided and nurtured in therapy, individuals can access their own resources for recovery from life's challenges. Developing a supportive, positive, and safe relationship with my clients is my first objective. The most enjoyable aspect of the work I do is the opportunity to connect with so many wonderful children, teens, adults and families as they explore their strengths and hopes.

I am a professional Art Therapist and utilize art, play, and sand tray therapy in my work.
