Therapeutic Style and Specialties:

I consider myself both a therapist, teacher and coach, using primarily the dialogical principles and tools of Imago Relationship Therapy, developed by Harville Hendrix, Ph.D. I use these tools working with both individuals and couples. Clients come to me at all stages of relationships: newlyweds; those in crisis, perhaps wondering whether to continue; those who simply feel a need to demystify, sustain, enrich or recharge what they already have. My goal is to empower them to expand their consciousness and to listen and understand and deepen their empathy as they keep building a compelling vision of a committed future together.

I am a certified Imago Couples Workshop Presenter. With my husband of 55 years, we have since 1998 presented nearly 100 workshops. We have personally used the tools we teach for nearly 20 years and teach from committed experience as well as theory.

I also work with individuals around issues of grief, separation and divorce.
